Start the CRM server

The app is running, but it can't reach the database server that holds your data.

1. Open the CRM folder on your server.

2. Double-click start-windows.bat (or run ./start-mac-linux.sh).

3. Open the address it prints — usually http://localhost:8000.

Sample data runs in memory only — nothing is saved.

Version mismatch

Page and server don't match

This page is a different version from the server it's talking to. That usually means only one of index.html / server.py got replaced during an update — the two files need to come from the same download.

1. Stop the server (close its window, or Ctrl+C).

2. Replace every file in the CRM folder with a fresh copy from the same download.

3. Start the server again and reload this page.
